Tobias Meinhart is one of the most exciting German jazz exports of his generation. Based in New York for the past 15 years, the saxophonist is a regular presence at renowned venues like Blue Note, Birdland and Smalls, and blends the urban energy of New York and Berlin with his project Berlin People. From August 5 to 9, Berlin People returns to the legendary A-Trane for a special concert week – this time with one of the most influential guitarists in contemporary jazz: Kurt Rosenwinkel.
